Most of the people think that making changes in their diet may improves their arthritis symptoms. This leads to avoid the inflammatory foods, like saturated fat and sugar.

Arthritis is the most common condition which involves chronic inflammation in joints.Based on the type of arthritis It causes the pain and damage to bones, joints , and also other parts of body.

Osteoarthritis, also known as non-inflammatory is the most common type of arthritis over the 100 types of arthritis. As a matter of  fact is, almost 40% of the men and 47% of the women were diagnosed who suffer from osteoarthritis.

As we know Osteoarthritis is non-inflammatory. Psoriatic arthritis  and rheumatoidarthritis (RA)  are inflammatory. RA and psoriatic arthritis conditions are considered as autoimmune diseases. Gout is also other common type of inflammatory arthritis.

Highly processed food items like bakery food, fast food, cereal in breakfast and some other baked goods were typically high in added sugar, refined grains, preservatives, and other potentially inflammatory ingredients, so this might worsen the arthritis symptoms.

Most of the people say that the Western diets are rich in highly processed foods also it may increase the risk of RA . It may cause obesity.

The people with RA those who eat high amount of processed food has shown the risk factor of heart disease, higher level of glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar control.

4. Alcohol .

Avoiding salt in your diet will be a good choice especially for the people with arthritis. The foods with high in salt may include pizza, soup, some cheeses, processed meats, and so many other high processed items.

A high sodium intake may cause the risk factor for the autoimmune diseases like inflammatory arthritis.  Less salt diet may decrease the severity of rheumatoid arthritis.
